The University of Plymouth used PocketMedia® as a communications tool for their Summer Ball. They required a compact solution to provide students with a map of the event, the line up, and a web driver to the Summer Ball twitter and Facebook pages.
This was achieved using the original Z-CARD® complete with a QR code on the back cover which, when scanned with a smartphone, led to the Plymouth University Summer Ball Facebook page, which students could then "like".
The inclusion of the QR code on the Z-CARD® led to an increase in fans on the Facebook page.
